Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to match them with our services.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections professionally.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
