Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads within the Denver metro area.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points.
- Manage and update the CRM database (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate prospect information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed and earn commissions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
