Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales pitches to qualified prospects.
- Manage and track all leads and opportunities within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Nurture client relationships to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive telephone voice.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
