The Role:
We are looking for someone who can manage multiple leads effectively and turn conversations into opportunities. As a part-time representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service while we qualify their needs.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through high-volume cold calling and email outreach campaigns.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Build rapport with potential clients to understand their pain points and needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Charlotte, NC.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
