We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our high-growth team in the Baltimore, MD and Ohio areas. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the voice of our brand, connecting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and closing deals that drive revenue. We offer a modern, remote-friendly environment where your performance directly impacts your paycheck.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads in the Mid-Atlantic and Ohio regions.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Manage and update client data accurately in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify inbound leads and nurture relationships.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (Entry-level to Experienced).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to travel to local team meetings in Baltimore, MD or Ohio offices when required.
