Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized technology solutions
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ call activity metrics
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and document client interactions
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to refine product knowledge and negotiation skills
- Analyze market trends and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience in SaaS or technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500k+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel 10% of time
- Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, Gong) preferred
