Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to identify business opportunities.
- Manage and update accurate records in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM.
- Effectively qualify inbound and outbound leads, determining their readiness to purchase.
- Present product demos and overcome objections to secure appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the account management team to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets for call volume and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a major plus.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours/week).
