Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and time management.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required by business needs.
