Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques
- Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ weekly qualified meetings
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and team performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Highly organized with strong time management for remote work environment
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Valid US work authorization and reliable internet connection
- Availability for 25-30 hours/week during core business hours (9 AM-5 PM PST)
