Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Valid Virginia work authorization required
- Flexible availability (20-30 hours/week, including weekends)
