Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, building rapport and trust with prospective clients.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update records, and manage pipeline activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead quality and campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets for calls, emails, and appointments set.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to management regarding market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a proven ability to overcome objections.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is highly preferred).
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week) with consistent availability during business hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
