Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify, approach, and qualify new business opportunities within a defined territory in San Antonio.
- Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate product value and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to negotiate contracts and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect activities, interactions, and sales data within our CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the sales team.
- Client Retention: Work to retain existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development (high performers with less experience will be considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driver's license required as the role requires significant field travel.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Resilience: High level of grit and resilience; ability to handle rejection and bounce back quickly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a complex pipeline and schedule.
