Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately and in real-time.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
- Articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to overcome common objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot (training provided for the right candidate).
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
