- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to match client requirements
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce CRM and weekly activity reports
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline generation
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative selling approach
- Ability to work independently and self-manage remote schedule
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Authorized to work in the US with flexible availability (20-30 hrs/week)
