Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demonstrations
- Collaborate with senior sales team to develop customized client proposals
- Track and maintain accurate sales activities in CRM (Salesforce)
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets in a part-time capacity
- Participate in weekly sales training and team strategy sessions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Availability for 20-25 hours per week (flexible schedule offered)
