Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and email campaigns
- Qualify leads using CRM tools and product knowledge
- Present solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign optimization
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets with 15-20 weekly client interactions
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Comfortable with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack)
- Results-driven with proven track record
- Available 20-25 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
