Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using our CRM software.
- Present product demos and service overviews to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Update accurate customer records and track sales activities daily.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B inside sales or customer service.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
