- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM tools

- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and pipeline reviews
- Develop deep product knowledge to address client needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Authorized to work in the US
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales a plus
- Available to work 4-hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
