Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present tailored software solutions to C-level executives across verticals
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract signing
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or business development experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management with ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Valid US work authorization and reliable internet connection
