Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM system
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with high energy and resilience
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
