Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to potential clients while addressing their specific needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all sales activities and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
