Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Exceed monthly sales targets for SaaS solutions and subscription services
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and product training
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Availability for occasional evening client meetings (1-2/month)
