Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and value propositions to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Document all interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and team development sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Authorized to work in the United States
