What You'll Do:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new leads.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, tailoring pitches to their specific needs.
- Manage customer relationships through the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in daily sales training and team huddles.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours (e.g., afternoons/evenings) as required.
- Valid driver's license is not required.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work part-time hours (e.g., afternoons or evenings) as required.
