Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through targeted cold calling and email campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via consultative sales conversations
- Present product solutions and overcome objections using value-based selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Accurately update CRM systems with sales activities and pipeline data
- Meet/exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
