Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships via consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets using Salesforce CRM and sales tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies
- Document all interactions in CRM system and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and team performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours (evenings/weekends required)
