- Articulate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections effectively.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales team to ensure a smooth handoff process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in using computers and basic CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot experience is a plus).
