Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to generate new business and retain existing clients.
- Identify, qualify, and assess potential customers' needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consultative selling.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) reliably.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk).
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
