Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily/monthly targets and KPIs
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on features/benefits
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Actively participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail/sales experience with proven track record of quota achievement
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, electronics, or home goods categories
- Proficient in POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify Retail) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store events
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
