Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build rapport with prospects to understand business needs and pain points
- Present tailored solutions using our CRM platform and product demos
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
