Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new leads and schedule appointments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients in person.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline data in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for territory coverage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
