Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Manage a daily sales pipeline and accurately update customer data in the CRM system.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in outside sales, telecommunications, insurance, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the Raleigh and Triangle area.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn uncapped commission income.
