Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads
- Build rapport and present solutions to prospective clients
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets using CRM tools
- Collaborate with senior reps to refine pitch strategies
- Document interactions and update sales pipelines daily
- Participate in weekly performance coaching sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Qualifications
