Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Greet customers warmly and provide product recommendations and assistance.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions in strict compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash balancing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on service.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
