Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Exceed monthly KPIs for meetings booked and revenue generated
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline analytics
- Present product demos via Zoom to enterprise-level prospects
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Track record of exceeding commission targets in previous roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales metrics
- Valid US work authorization and clean driving record
