Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business relationships within assigned Detroit metro territory
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration
- Present complex solutions to C-level decision-makers at local businesses
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Exceed quarterly targets through consistent in-person client engagement
- Collaborate with marketing team to leverage local event opportunities
- Provide weekly territory performance analysis to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record of closing $50k+ deals
- Deep knowledge of Detroit business landscape and networking channels
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
