Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets within the Seattle market
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Conduct 25+ qualified discovery calls weekly to identify client pain points and solutions
- Collaborate with product team to customize solutions for enterprise clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Maintain 95%+ activity compliance in sales tracking systems
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices and objection handling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in handling objections and closing enterprise deals
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
