Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the San Jose market and surrounding areas.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and face-to-face presentations to generate leads and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline metrics using our CRM software to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client travel.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to earn uncapped commission and bonuses.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
