Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Present product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events.
