Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new business clients across San Diego County during weekend shifts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for client needs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline management
- Represent company at weekend industry events and trade shows
- Submit detailed weekly sales reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Exceptional weekend availability with reliable transportation
- Strong closing skills with track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
