Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospective leads via phone, email, and CRM tools.
- Qualify incoming leads and determine their specific business needs.
- Present our products/services to potential clients with confidence.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service (Entry-level candidates with strong aptitude encouraged).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outbound calls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
