Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads through the sales funnel.
- Present tailored product demonstrations and service proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions in the Salesforce CRM.
- Meet and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Resolve client inquiries and objections professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a persuasive, confident phone demeanor.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the Houston, TX area.
