Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using our proprietary CRM platform
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
- Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B inside sales or related sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with remote work technology and tools
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for occasional client meetings
