Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within the San Antonio metro area to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to potential homeowners and businesses, effectively communicating product value.
- Close deals on-site, ensuring a seamless customer experience from lead to signed contract.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Manage your own territory and schedule, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outside sales or commission-based sales (B2B or B2C).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
