What You'll Do:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct client engagement. You will meet prospective homeowners, identify their needs, and present customized solutions that improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community outreach in the Philadelphia area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Consult with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored service recommendations.
- Close sales and manage the contract negotiation process efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (willingness to train highly motivated candidates).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
