Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads within the El Paso territory.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to potential clients and businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Effectively close deals and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to final contract.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Travel within the El Paso area to meet clients (mileage reimbursement provided).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required by the schedule.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
