Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate new leads.

Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients face-to-face or virtually.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Enter accurate sales data into the CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales or business development (1+ years preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the region.

Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings.

Self-motivated with a track record of hitting sales goals.

Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
