Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and door-to-door canvassing to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify prospects to determine their specific needs and pain points.
- Present our premium products/services with a focus on value proposition and ROI.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and account onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to win.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
