Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Jacksonville market.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Manage and update accurate records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies for specific market segments.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to offer superior solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or retail management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driverās License and reliable transportation required.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelorās degree preferred.
- CRM software proficiency is a plus.
