Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to drive sales cycles.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately track pipeline progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
